All of your website data is stored safely and securely at The Atomic Colo data center.

Yes. Neighbor Online offers you the ability to download all of your community data at anytime into a zip file. - Can I customize the look and feel of my site?
Yes. Neighbor Online allows you to choose from pre-built themes and also offers the ability to create your own themes from scratch or modify an existing theme. Furthermore, for an extra cost, we can customize the look and feel of your site to your specifications. - Do only my residents have access?
With Neighbor Online, you have the option to make information public or private. However, all areas that involve interaction, such as private messaging and posting forum topics or classifieds require user authentication. Neighbor Online includes a registration system that validates the residency of your users, ensuring that they are homeowners within your community. - Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. If you are ever unhappy with your Neighbor Online system, you can cancel at anytime. We only ask that you give 30-day written notice of your request to cancel. - Can I email residents through the system?
Yes. Neighbor Online offers the ability to send private messages to one resident, a select set of residents, or the entire community. We use the term private messaging because the email address of a resident is never displayed with the message as the Neighbor Online system stores and sends the message. - Do you offer technical support?
Yes. Every Neighbor Online client is assigned a dedicated support contact who is there to assist you with any question you might have. - Do you release enhancements?
Yes. Neighbor Online is always working to make the website system better. We constantly engage with our clients and encourage feedback as to how we can make the system more optimal for their needs. We strive to be the experts in web based community management so that you don't have to. All enhancements to the system are seemless and included as part of your service offering.
